Team Accounts for Trade Businesses: One Shared Login for Your Whole Crew
Updated 2026-07-29
One business, one shared view of everything
The moment a second person starts helping run the business — a partner, an office manager, a lead tech — separate logins and shared spreadsheets start causing real problems: one person updates a job status the other doesn't see, or a customer gets the same follow-up call twice. Team accounts fix that by putting everyone inside the same account, seeing the same live data.
How team accounts work
- Invite a team member by email from Settings — they get their own login, but see your account's customers, jobs, invoices, and calendar
- 2 seats included on the Base plan, 3 on Enhanced, with more available as a flat add-on pack
- Every action a team member takes — logging hours, updating a job, sending an invoice — shows up for everyone else instantly
- Remove a team member's access from Settings any time, with no effect on the underlying data they touched
What a shared account actually solves
A lead tech can check the calendar and see exactly which jobs are scheduled without a text message asking. An office manager can send invoices and follow up on payments without needing to be looped into every job conversation separately. Everyone works from the same customer history, so nobody re-asks a customer something that's already been answered.
Scales with a small crew, not against it
Seats are sold as a flat add-on pack rather than a price that climbs with every person you add, so growing from one person to a small crew doesn't mean redoing your budget from scratch every time — you know exactly what an extra seat costs before you add it.
Set it up in Settings
Team management lives right in Settings — send an invite, and your crew member is working inside the same account within minutes, from whatever device they're already using in the field.
