Start free — 3 customers and 5 invoices a month, no card, no expiry. Base is $39/mo (or $421.20/yr) and Enhanced is $79/mo (or $853.20/yr) — flat, not per seat, however many people are on the account. Base also has a 14-day trial with no card required.

Receipts logged at the counter

Every roofer buys materials mid-job, and the receipt is the part that goes missing. On the Enhanced plan, photograph it at the counter: the vendor, amount, date and category are filled in for you to check, the photo is kept with the expense, and logging it against the invoice shows what that job actually made. Every logged cost also lowers the tax set-aside estimate, which is worked out on profit rather than on what you invoiced.
