Tradify has no free or discounted solo tier — pricing is strictly per user at every level, so a one-person business pays the exact same per-seat rate as a ten-person crew would pay per seat. For a 10-person team, Tradify's own numbers work out to roughly $470/mo on Lite, $510/mo on Pro, or $610/mo on Plus.

What a solo operator actually pays

A one-person shop on the entry-level Lite plan pays $47/mo for job management, scheduling, and quoting/invoicing. Custom branding, job templates, and progress invoicing all require Pro at $51/mo.

A cheaper option for solo operators

Trades Chaser charges $10/mo for Base or $30/mo for Enhanced, flat — no per-user multiplier, because it's built for one person rather than priced down from a team product.
