If you're using Tradify with a team and leaning on subcontractor scheduling or Xero sync, this isn't for you — Tradify is built for that. This is for a one-person account paying full per-user price for tools mostly aimed at a multi-person job management operation.

What you lose

• No multi-user seats or crew logins — one account, one login. Built for a solo operator or owner + one helper, not a dispatched team.
• No built-in card payment processing — you can paste any payment link (Stripe or otherwise) onto an invoice, but there's no embedded checkout or automatic payment reconciliation.
• No QuickBooks/Xero accounting sync.
• No native mobile app (it's a responsive web app in your phone's browser) and no SMS/two-way texting.
• No route optimization, GPS tracking, or dispatch board.

How to actually switch

• Export your customer and job list from Tradify before canceling — there's no automated importer, so budget time to re-enter active jobs
• Recreate any recurring/service-reminder jobs manually as a one-time setup step
• If you rely on Xero/QuickBooks sync for bookkeeping, plan how you'll reconcile invoices manually going forward
• Set up a replacement payment method (a pasted Stripe Payment Link works) before dropping any built-in payment processing

When not to switch
