You probably do need one of them if
- You're actively hiring and expect to add a second or third tech within the next few months
- You need embedded card payment processing with automatic reconciliation, not a pasted payment link
- Your bookkeeping already runs through QuickBooks or Xero and you want it synced automatically
- You need route optimization or GPS tracking for trucks in the field
You probably don't if
- You're the only person doing the work, with no near-term hiring plan
